Beard Balm

I had been making a lot of girlie type products so I thought it was type to try one for the blokes.

The product is filled with great products and when I make again I will switch out the Cocoa Butter with either more Shea or change to Mango Butter.  There is nothing wrong with the scent but found the smell from the Cocoa Butter overpowers the beautiful blend of essential oils.

The product does a lovely job of softening those awful scratchy bristles that feel like coarse sandpaper!  If you have someone that insists on a beard, whether it be that scruffy haven't shaved but feel good about not shaving, a full hillbilly or that I want to have be a hillbilly but must work in an office so have to keep it short and in check then this is a definite must.

The scent does have a scent in the family of bourbon but definitely does not make the wearer smell like they've been bathing in a barrel at the distillery!

It is a lovely product and I am looking forward to making again and playing around with the essential oils and create blends based on the person I plan on giving it to.
